Sebastian Dziuk (he/him) is a professional speaker, certified life coach and author on a mission to help Queer people THRIVE!

Sebastian served ten years in the Minnesota Army National Guard from 2011-2022. He enlisted when he was 17 years old, right after Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell was repealed. Sebastian shares his story as an openly transgender Soldier in With Honor and Integrity: Transgender Troops in their own Words, published in 2021.
 
Sebastian is a certified life coach. He’s on the Board of Directors for Quorum, the Twin Cities LGBT Chamber of Commerce, and was recognized as the Rising Star Young Professional in 2020. Other community recognitions include the Community Pride Award from Lavender Magazine in 2021. Sebastian is also a contributing author of Thriving in Business: Strategies for the LGBTQ+ Entrepreneur, the first book of its kind, published in 2021.
 
Sebastian’s educational background includes a B.A. in cultural entrepreneurship with a business of administration certificate from the University of Minnesota, Duluth in 2017. His life coach certification is from Lumia, formerly JRNI.

Sebastian currently lives near Minneapolis, Minnesota, with his husband, son, and two tripod cats.
